First time set up

Hello,
I have a FTA all in one package from Sadoun i got on Friday. It is the Mercury II. the Fortec 80 cm dish, and the Digi 2100. I have set everything up and can not get a signal strentgh over 4% thus no chanels. I have been reading other post for the last 2 days and I think I know what the problem is. First this is my set up.
I am in the deep south (70737)
Motor Latitude is set to 30.2^
Decilination Angle is 4.96
Dish angle set to 25^
I have the system mounted on a Huricane proof structure at 20 feet high. Very plumb and very strong (no wobble).
From what i have read my dish angle is probaly off and the fix is changing the 25^ to 24^ to see if that is a better signal strentgh. And keep repeating that untill i get a good lock.

My questions are:
1. Do i have everything set correct?
2. Is my soulution correct?
3. Does the height of the dish make a difference?

Thank in advance for any help.

don't just settle for dropping the dish you may have to raise it some of the dishes had to be raise some had to be lower don't be afraid to move as much as 5 degrees.
