It's A Laughing Screw-up

One matter solved, and another occurs. Had all the channels on IA 13. 121 W loaded on the Fortec... I thought... Had to do a post office mailing, turned off the Mercury and the DSR922. Returned an hour later... turned on both DSR922 and Fortec. The Sportsman Channel had this big... Channel Lock page up, with some ????? listed. Have no way knowing how this happen, but it's sure screwed up the whole afternoon trying to solve the problem.
Was able to get the "Channel Lock" to disappear by going back to antenna setup and make a factory reset. Now, I cannot get the some IA-13 satellite channels to load... no Sportsman Channel will load. The Sportsman Channel is the 'only' channel that failed to load.
Done as rainman suggested... set DSR922 on IA-13 channel 21 (The Jewelry Channel, and power scann... ???????????????????

Thinking it might me the C-band LNB, so went out an installed new Norsdat 17 degree one. Didn't help.
