Elevation mark on Fortec 90cm dish

I just bought a fortec 90cm dish and I am really confused by the elevation mark on the dish. Using the dishpointer website, I find that I need to set the elevation to 21.5°. However, if I set it to 21.5 use the disk's elevation mark, the dish is basically pointing to the ground. Can anyone having the same dish give me some hints on how to use the elevation mark? Thanks. The dish model is the FC90P in the following link:

Are you using this dish in combination with a motor? or is this a stationary setup?

To tell you the truth, you really don't need those marking to set up your dish. I would recommend that you follow the setup instructions in Sadoun's website. Move around the dish till you get a good signal and tighten the nuts and bolts.

If you have a motor system, then it is more important to get you latitude correct, and then play around with your dish elevation. I found that my 80 cm dish had to be 5 units higher than what the calculator called for. Others have experienced the same thing.

Thanks for the reply. I am using it without any motor and just a very simple stationary setup to point just one bird. I have tried to move around the dish, but always get 0 quality. That is why I am asking about the elevation mark. I want to use it to get a rough setup so at least I can get some signal. Then I can fine tune it from there.
