18 feet and 20 mintutes later. I picked up another primestar dish, sadly the last one there is in town. I always hear 75e and 84e, but the tre i have are wierd, this one is 1 X 0.7-4 and elepictal. Not the wierd thing is that the back of the reflector on the other two dieshes and the ones I've seen on satellite guys are smooth, yet this one, that glass fibers are exposed! (talk about itch!) Is this mean that the dish is decaying or it has been in the shade?

If you are talking about the backside it just means the dish is unfinished. Should have no affect on the dish at all. I do not think Fiberglas decays and have seen many glas pieces with this surface.
