cw600s premium won't accept WEST

When trying to enter a new sat my new Captive Works 600s Premium receiver always defaults sat direction as EAST. It won't take negative numbers or numbers greater than 189 degrees. Any suggestions????

I see that no-one has responded, probably because few here have that receiver. I don't have that receiver, however with the Fortec receivers, you can switch between E and W by hitting the right/left arrow button on the remote. So you might try that. Ie after you have entered the degrees, try hitting one of the arrow buttons and see what happens.
Just a guess.
