DirectTV Ka/Ku LNB on Fortec DVB?

Yesterday I picked up a smashed Slimline DirecTV dish off the side of the interstate. It was mostly junk, but I did salvage part of the Eagle/Aspen DTVSDLNB feed/multiswitch. The secondary feed was smashed, so I removed it and I'm sitting here looking at the primary feed.

It seems to have 3 feed apertures on the primary LNB. I take it that middle on is KU for 101, and the others are Ka at 99 and 103. Is the DirecTV switching compatible with DiSEqC? I was thinking about putting this thing on an old oval dish I have sitting around and seeing if I can get any signal indications. Or am I just wasting my time? Is there anything FTA on Ka band?
