Bsc621-2 Lnbf?

hello just joined ,i have a new BSC621-2 LNBF,was wondering what the settings are for c band and ku band ,i had it on my 6ft dish but only getting 19% for cband and nothing for ku.just wondering if if my settings are wrong.please help? and post settings and any pic of instulating of BSC621-2 LNBF on a 1.8 dish .
