Would an inline amplifier help in this case.

I get good signal quality on all my satellites except IA7 White Springs TV.
I am hitting the satellite as I get a 68 quality on a data TP but WSTV is only between 30 & 40 so I can't even lock onto it. As this satellite has a look angle of 26 degrees from my location I may also have a LOS problem down the line and I say this because I get a higher signal when it has been raining to make me think that there maybe a branch or two in the way and is lowered by the weight of water on it. Because the angle is so low its hard to tell if this is so but about a 1/2 mile away there are some leave type trees. My other satellites are high angle and I look right over some evergreens that are right next to me.
My gut feeling says it would be of no help but then I am new to this and will let the mavins tell me if it will help.

My *opinion* is that unless you have more than 300' of coax, an inline amp won't help, and would likely make things worse.

Thanks for the replies, guess I just have to wait for an ice storm and strong winds to take out any trees in my LOS.
