I understand I can powersearch but unsure weather it's a true blind search(?), and it leaves me deleteing a bunch of scrambles ect.
Any help???
PM if desired...
I have autoscanned 72-138 from 121w and saved 155+- FTA. Should I include a wider sweep?

Of course the best place to find the channels to manually enter is Lyngsat, which you have already been referred to, I think by Rainman.
When you do a blind scan, you will have the choice of only picking up FTA or picking up scrambled things as well. Most people do blind scans in the mode that picks up everything, because some channels are actually FTA, but are somehow marked as being scrambled, so you sometimes get a few more channels like that. However you are right that you'll have to go back and delete a LOT of scrambled channels if you do that. Even if you do choose the FTA power scan, there are still going to be a lot of channels that you'll want to delete, because there are often channels out there that instead of being one channel with multiple audio tracks are coded as being 10 different channels each with a different language (these are typically religious channels that I delete all of them anyway). Also, a blind scan will often pop up a bunch of data channels that have no audio/video to watch. But yes, blind scans by either technique will require you to go back and do a LOT of deleting. This is where use of the serial port and channel editor program is valuable.
