I got it
There is an old saying "After all else fails read instructions" I read them over and over and finely got it.
I now have AMC3, IA5 and Galaxy 10R in my receiver. But now I some issues.
1. I am using USALS as the positioner and have my Lat and Lad entered.
I am having trouble moving the dish. At times it will move, sometimes it won't? For a while it was stuck on 123 degrees. After a time of trying to move it, it moved ? Seems to be intermittent.
2. After doing a power scan on AMC3 I saw TP (11716) which has the Patient Channel it, but it didn't show up in the channel list and cound not find the TP there either. I added it in edit TP and found it at antenna setup with a good signal but not in the channel list?
I am happy to have gotten this far.

Congratulations, Jim!
For making it to work...
I cannot answer 2nd question, because I don't have Mercury, but maybe signal is not strong enough? Do you receive other channels from AMC3, like MontanaPBS?
To check how motor works, best way to do is come close to it and use a short cable directly connected to receiver. If you see it working great with a short cable, maybe, you have bad connectors or bad cable some where in your house. Also, note, that when you move the dish to a channel on a Horizontal tp, receiver supplies more voltage and in some cases, motor even moves faster! Not sure, does the motor have "E/W" buttons to move it manually? If it does not move properly with input from these buttons, this means, something is wrong with it.

Thanks for reply
Thanks for answering .....I don't know what was going on, but everything is OK and working just fine. I think it was pilot error.
