Problem with shed

I have a 6foot fortecstar dish,my question is.There is a neighbors shed on the back far right end of my yard,in his yard of course,Im not sure whats in it,But if he has alot of tools or anything like that well that mess up my setup. Here is a picture of my yard looking at the south. The shed is right behind me.I wamt to put up a 10 ft.dish cause im not getting many cband sats were my 6 footer is.Can there be any interferance from that shed for me. ski5010 - Image - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Are the trees going to be the problem im about 125 feet away putting the new dish on the bach end of the lot like i said

click on the name ski5010 upper left and then down to the lower left click on the picture to make it bigger. Thank you

the shed shouldn't be a problem unless it is blocking your line of sight the biggest problem you will have will be the trees.

in my opinion bigger dish is always better.but regardless of the size dish you use if you haven't got a clear line of site you won't receive the best signal possible.

10' would be better and worse. The larger the dish the more signal trapped the better the picture quality. The bigger the dish the bigger the side lobes the larger the problem to properly align without professional meters. Having looked at your pic your problem is trees. Dish size will not overcome trees.

If you are comparing equal quality dishes (ie not an old used junk yard dish), then a big dish is always better than a small dish. In one respect, a big dish is easier to align, even with a cheap meter, because there is more signal, so even the cheap meters respond better, and also because unlike offset dishes, there are usually surfaces on the mount on which you can put an inclinometer to verify your angles. A big dish does though have to be aligned more accurately, because it's resolution is better. Ie you have to be within about a half degree of accuracy with a big dish, but only about 1.5 degrees accuracy with a small dish. A big dish, having better resolution will also be less prone to interferrence from adjacent satellites.
