SR values... LO freq

I have a coolsat 5000, SG-2100 H/h motor, linear single LNBF LO:10.75 GHz.
I have the LNB setting set to 10750. I have the dish aimed at Intelsat 5 (G25).
I've done a blind scan but the receiver only comes up with ten channels and only two free channels. One of the free channels is TV Romania which tells me that I am pointed to G25. I'm a little confused by SR values, LO freq and the various different scans in my coolsat 5000.
Can someone tell me how to set up my receiver to get all the channels on this bird.
Thanks in advance... Johnny

I installed a fta 33 inch dish with a universal KuLNBF, Input freq 11.7-12.2 GHZ and output
950-1450 MHZ but I can\'t get any signal on Telstar5 at my location in Miami. I have my elevation set to 54.5 and 214 on the azimuth and I\'ve also tried changing LNBF frequency from universal 1 and universal 2 on my pansat 2500A
fta receiver...
