Big TV is ok, but the small one is flashing.

I used the 5 inch TV to tune the dish and the screen keeps flashing. I changed the tv type, channel 3,4....and no luck so far. When I use my 20 inch tv then the screen is stable. Anyone knows why ?

This happened to me once, because I used a NTSC television with a DVD player that broadcasts PAL signals. If your TV is american, be sure your receiver is sending out NTSC signal.
