Need uploader 2.4 for Lifetime

guys,
I need to the uploader 2.4 for upgrade the firmware for my friend Lifetime receiver. I did check Fortecstar website, they only list the version 3.0
I read Sadoun instruction, he recommends to use the 2.4 since it was designed for the Lifetime.
If you guy has a copy, please send it to me at dtsexpert@hotmail.com
Another question, my friend uses Window 2000. On the Fortec site, it indicates that the uploader should be used in Window XP? Will it work in Window 2000?
Thanks,
Michael

Use V3.0 That is the latest one that is available for LifeTime right now. It works just fine as the previous version and no problems there. You could use Windows 2000, I don't see why not. Windows 2000 and XP are pretty much the same.

Jamal,
Thanks for your quick response. I will stop by RadioShack to get a 9 pins straight thru cable.
I guess there are only 3 pins in use right?
