FORTEC STAR FSIR-5400 NA - Won't hold channels

Using antenna setup I've scanned a few satellites and found channels. The receiver tells me they have been saved but after scanning another satellite, the "saved" channels form the previous scan are gone. The manual is not clear on what I may be doing wrong.

Anyone having experience with this receive have any ideas?

I don't have that receiver, so I'm just guessing here. Is it possible that it is saving them under some other satellite's name? Does that receiver have a network scan option? If it does, you might turn that off.

Another possibility is that the channels saved were audio channels, and you're only looking at video??

Thanks for the reply. I figured out my problem and it was a dumb one related to getting used to the receiver. You're right. They're stored under specific satellite names and all I had to do was push the 'Sat' button on the remote.
