no video audio data

I have a fta fortec star NA
worked fine for months, then came a storm, my channel froze and went down. then the signal came back on with all channels in clear picture except for the one channel I bought the system for: BVN, it gives a message on my screen information: no video audio data.
Screen is nice and black.

My signal strength was 53 -60 and I had 118 channels +radio, I realigned now have 60-70 signal strenght with 148 channels, except for? you guessed it.
Also the radio channels RNW1 ,2 , 3 are silent too which comes from the same country
Done powerscan, unplugged the system, normal scan etc.
All (and now more) channels are back except the "one and only"
Any ideas?
thanks in advance

Maybe the channel is just gone. I am not at home so I can not check to see if I have it. What sat? What tp? If your alignment is good then I would say the tp is live but the channel is simply gone now. That is the nature of FTA. No promises it will be here. What size dish are you using and where are you located? Motorized or stationary? Is it the only channel or are you missing all channels on a particular polarity (H or V)?

BVN is a Dutch channel on T5, they moved that one, "Telepace" and the rest to the new TP awhile ago:
scan tp 12083 V 22000, they all there except for Polish channels, which were scrambled yesterday
