Need Help With True South

Hi somebody to help me with my true south and how to find the satellite nearest south.
my zip is 22032 Virginia
fortec lnbf ku 0.3db universal
fortec 100 cm dish
fortec stab HH120
fortec star Life Time Ultra
I have information about the setup [using USALS]
latitude 38.8
longitude 77.3
dish elevation 23.9
ok like I said the problem i have is to find the satellite nearest south?

Use AMC5 at 79w
Set transponder to 12182H and look for some horse racing channels.
That will be your indicaton you're on the right satellite.

(you could use SBS6 and Ohio News Network but it's been up and down lately in signal strenth)
