My LNBF is tilted too much

I am aiming my Fortec STAR 90cm dish to Galaxy10R 253 degrees magnetic heading, 22 degrees eleveation, and for the LNBF tilt, it is supposed to be 41.2 from my area but, when I was setting it up i had the best quailty when it is turned like 50-60 degrees! I have 85 percent signal and 95 quality and I am wondering if the picture would be a noticeable difference with 100 quality and or higher signal?

The picture quality won't be noticeably better but the higher the signal strength and quality the less rain fade you will get. So higher is always better.
