MercuryII won't save Fav list.

I have tried to no end to get my MercuryII to save my fav channels.

I can edit the name of the fav folders and it will save that.

I know there is a download for the MercuryII but does anyone know if it will fix my favorites or is this just a problem with my unit?

Thanks

The only thing that I can do is rename my fav list.

Now if I try to add a channel to either a default folder or to a folder that I had renamed, it will not save that or any channels into a fav list.

When I go in and select a channel to save to my list, it says to push the (i thinks it's blue, I'm at work) buttom that on the far right to save to fav list. So I push that button and it acts as if it had saved it. But no, when you look in fav it says you have no channels.

I have order a null modem cable yesterday, I was going to update my unit to see if that would fix the problem.

I finally figure out my problem. I was pushing the blue button at the last step when I should have been pushing the ok/list button.Again thanks.Glad it was an op error instead of equip. error
