How to add telstar 5 to my Fortec Star DVB-786v3

I just bought DVB-786V3. In the satellite list, there is no Telstar 5.
How do I add this.

Thanks.

Hmmmm...

I've never yet seen a FTA receiver without Telstar 5 data preloaded; perhaps it got deleted accidentally. Perform a FACTORY RESET on the receiver and that should bring back the T5 data. If not you will need to "add" a new satellite. Go to this link and enter the data in manually; you will need to "add" transponder data is shown on lyngsat, specifically frequency, symbol rate, polarity and possibly FEC.
The KU band data is on the lower part of the page, with frequencies starting at 11,749 MHz and up.

It is strange your receiver doesn't have Telstar 5. However it is very simple to add it.

Click Menu
Scroll RIGHT to the Edit Menu
Click on Satellite/TP Edit
Click on ADD
Add the satellite information as Kat suggested above.
