installing the system

Hello everybody, well you are probably tired of the same requests so just to vary i want to ask you a question. I bougth this system fortec star lifetime classic with stab hh 90 motor, 31" fs80p dish, universal lnfb etc. I live in Fort Worth, texas 76115, so I did everything I read on the manuals, receiver and motor.
So, I was able to get Intelsat america 5 , but when I try to locate other satellite I cannot get another signal basically because the motor doesn't go anywhere, well it moves a little but it comes back at cero. the hh motor shaft is at cero degrees, and the mast is plummed but it's getting the signal from IA5. Which degree should the motor shaft point at IA5 if everything is done right? I'm getting between 60 and 70 % on the quality bar.

yes the degree's on your motor should be at zero for IA5 due to your longitude of 97 degrees. check www.sadoun.com under installation for more info.

Sounds like you do not have your location programmed into the receiver for USALS to utilize. On the screen where you program the sats location into memory you will see near the bottom a listing for lat and long. You need to enter your specific location information here. Now see if she moves

installed system

Well, well thanks for your help, I have no time in my life to do the things I like so finally I installed the system, My problem was solved when I pressed the "save" key on the sat locations screen. that means I waited 4 months to get my system installed, wow!
one more thing, I cannot get any signal from galaxy 10R, is there something I can fix?
thanks again.

I back again and I want g10r

I'm here again after all this months trying to set the system. I tried to adjust the dish to get g10r but on some point I was able to get a yellow bar with 20 % quality then it disappered and I couldn't get it back. So I have no idea what to do. by the way I always use the receiver and a tv while I adjust the dish, that saves me a lot of problems, I'll thank any answer to this post.
One final question, does anyone watch those movies on the Utah education network the sci-fi friday night?
with movies like those who needs HBO or cinemax, !!
Thanks to everybody.
