Radio reception problem with Telstar 5, Fortecstar

I havn't been able to receive any radio channels on Telstar 5 with FortecStar. Anything specific I need to do. It appears that I am receiving all video channels.

what tp are you trying to get radio from? Do you have tv on that same tp?

Have you pushed the RADIO button on the remote?

If you are getting the video, you must get the radio as well.

Try another scan and during the scan, look at the Radio side of the screen and watch if you can see radio station names scroll up the screeen.
