FTA Receiver Used in Vietnam

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an FTA receiver that can be used in Vietnam to pick up FTA channels. Do you know if any of the FTA receivers might work there. I am thinking of getting a few for my relatives back home. Your response is greatly appreciated!

Any of the receivers we have will work fine worldwide.

Any Receivers can work well in VN but you have to have a License to put the dish up.

Really? where do you get the license from? Is this only in Vietnam or other countries have similar rules?

Probably England too... at one time you needed a license to own a TV set in England...
