My Fortec Lifetime started not to output non-AC3 sound yesterday on both the digital coax sound and the analog RCA sound outputs. Now only the three
PBS channels on AMC3 output sound (AC3). None of the other channels (e.g., Montana PBS on AMC3, some free music channels on Echostar) outputs sound.
It is very strange. Everything worked perfectly before yesterday.
The firmware is the factory version. I've never changed the firmware.
What could it be? Hardware failure or firmware failure?
