How to set or reset reference point on SG HH motor

Hi all,

I recently purchased a satellite system which includes FortecStar Lifetime Ultra receiver, SG2100 76cm Winegard dish, and single LNBF.

Everything seems to be OK except when I use USALS to locate a satellite position, the reference point always changes to east 20 degrees. Even if I manually switch it to 0, the receiver will turn it to east 20 degrees as soon as I try to program a satellite. How can I set the reference point so that the receiver remembers the correct position?

Any help will greatly appreciated.
