My Lifetime Ultra just lost all of its programming

I have a Lifetime Ultra, and I was doing some power scans, trying to find new things. Everything was fine, until one day I turned it on, and none of my channels would work. I went to the antenna setup screen, and I checked the satellite settings, and everything was disabled, hence why the dish was not moving to the appropriate satellite. I redid the USALS settings, and everything was fine. Two days later, same thing, so I went in and checked again, and this time, all of my satellite angles were off, and I mean OFF. T5 at 7700 degrees, IA6 at -4271, etc. Very weird!

So I did a complete reset of the box, and started over. Eveything was fine for a couple of days. Yesterday, I try to check a channel on G13, and nothing. Go back to the antenna setup, and all of my satellites are unselected, nothing there. Even my coordinates are gone. I have to start over, again.

Ideas? Bad box? Time to take it back to Sadoun and switch it out? Or is it something else?

Thanks

Send a message via AIM to DruzeTito
have you flashed your receiver with the latest factory firmware?

No i have not.

Tried to reprogram it again yesterday. After a scan of T5, I got nothing but a frozen box.

Time to take this guy in for being sick I guess. :mozilla_frown:
