what fta system should i buy ???

hi eveyone, i new here i was wanting to buy a fta i live in florida we only have 2 stations where i live 1-abc 2-pbs ya im not kidiing you we dont watch much tv here :mozilla_frown: well i had talk to some friends online they told me to come here that the people here could help but right now none of the fta are working in florida so is this true i have to satelllite dish should i buy the a dish and receive please let me know what i should do thatnks for your time
