Problem with G10R Satellite & Freq 11720 MHz - Need Help

I can receive AMC1, AMC3, AMC4, G11, G3C, IA5/ku, IA6 satellite with more than 75% quality on every channel.
On G10R/ku satellite ALL the channel using 11720 MHz I can get only 44-48% quality (means: Frozen signal). The other channels I can get more than 70% and some channel 90% quality.
Any suggestion????

Thanks,
Ed.
My equipment:
Fortec star lifetime ultra receiver
90cm dish with motor (SG2100)
LNB - Universal

That transponder is not as strong as others. When I was using 90cm dish, 11720 was about 50% for me as well. It is still enough to lock in on it and have a good picture quality so I wouldn't worry about it. With 120cm dish I can get 80%+ quality on that transponder.

Thanks for the info, sound like I need to change my dish from 90cm to 1.2 m to improve the quality. I need to check if my SG2100 motor can support a 1.2 m dish.

yea that thing is known to be weak as heck.. as vj said, the max quality with a 90cm and 0.5db noise i ever got on there was 50 quality max.. and you have to have the arc perfect.
