Please Help for new user

I bought 90CM Multi-Feed Toroidal Ku Dish Antenna
Wave Frontier T90-US Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra complete system just few weeks ago and I followed all the instruction and settings with the best of my knowledge, but I still can not have the Quantity, the Quantity is always 0% and the Level is changing but the Level for any channel is 50%. I live in Kansas City Missouri 64124, please help.
