I bigger dish will help; say a 1 meter. Also a higher gain LNB works wonders as does an LNB with a lower noise figure (0.5 dB or less). Try tweaking the dish a bit to see if that helps; also try adjusting the LNB skew for maximum signal.

I used to sell 80 cm dishes to my custies and then I tried a 90 cm during one install and the gain in signal quality was amazing... :mozilla_surprised: The quality on IA5 averaged 30-40 % on the 80 cm pans but the 90 cm pan raised it to 70-80 % !!!! Blew my mind. I only use 90 cm dishes now.

Where are you located?

90CM dish should be more than enough for Hispasat. Here in Columbus, OH we use an 80cm dish and the signal is very strong.

It could be the following:

1- Your dish is out of alignment
2- Your dish might be warpped
3- You could be outside the coverage area
4- Your LNBF settings are incorrect
5- Your LNBF Skew is off

Good point. I forgot that one... A warped pan really throws the signal off.

Oh yeah...

Also check the focal distance of the LNB. Try moving it back and forth in the holder to see if it makes a difference. You will notice a change in signal strength and quality as you change the focal distance.
