Does it possible to aim PAS 8 in Califronia, it looks like they are beaming in this area also. However it is located in 166 degree East. I wonder what are the elevation and azimuth and skew angle? any one has a clue?
I know Sadoun has a caculator for that. Do i enter 194 degree for that satellite? ( what i think is 180 west + 14 degree east = 166 east or 194 west ? correct me if i am wrong. thanks)
