I haven't benn able to make 4x1 DiSEqc work on my 786NA either. the 2x1 switches are marked "Tone Burst/DiSEqC". Only inputs A and B work on the 1x4, whcih is not marked "Tone Burst". I gave up and plan to switch between two 1x2 switches. I was going to use a 12v switch, but the 12v output on the recevier dies. I was using it to control a 12v relay and probably exceeded the current the recevier can source.
