lifetime ultra will not operate HH90 motor

:mozilla_cry: My motor will not operate with my reciever tried two brand new motors and they both did the samething.Scanned two or three satellites and the motor just stops. The first motor stopped almost all the way to the west, and the second went back to the east.Tried the latest firmware 2.64 at fortecs site but didn't help anything.Does anybody have any other suggestions, much appreciated.

Thanks!

Try This.
Go to Antenna setup, select positioner 1.2 then select go to reference. Make sure the motor is moved back to 0 position, if not then move the motor to 0 position and save location as reference 0 then start locating sats again. Make sure that your cable is not too long and nothing around the motor that could interfere with its operation.

Thanks, I tried going through that already with no prevail, changed cables twice, and new f-connectors,plus rebooted the system several times.I just believe there is a software glitch with the reciever sending the message to the motor.I'll probably just have to wait until fortec comes out with a new software upgrade.

Thanks again anyway!
