lost channels

I was trying to manually add a tp and frequency, but I then lost some previous channels. THe D000x number have changed so I'm not sure which of the Fox Sports channels is the Fox World feeds channel. Also, the frequencies the receiver gives are not the same as the ones on the charts, but I think it's the same channels (EG. 3778 rather than 3780) Is that typical?
