Manually entering tp

I'm trying to get Liberty Channel on my Fortec 786. When I scanned , it didn't show up. I read on one chart that Liberty has to be enterred manually. I enterred the info on a "user defined " tp (4070 freq, 2300 SR, Horiz), but it still didn't get it. I tried adding it in the edit section. Still no success. How do I do this?

Serena, Make sure your MOT receiver (your master receiver) is tuned to a horizontal channel so that you could get the lock on that transponder.

What satellite is that channel on?

I double checked to be sure that the polarities were the same. The channel is on AMC 1, tp 19.

Another question: On Gallaxy 11 is Fox Sports. We get all of them, except that Fox World is picture only. Is that the way it is on FTA or do I need to change a setting?

Fox World is coming in loud and clear now. I'm still not having any luck getting the receiver to recognize Liberty Channel, though. I'm wondering if the numbers on the charts are wrong. Are there other numbers to try?
