can anyone tell me how do i get the closed caption to work with fortec?

What channels are you tryng to get that have CC? I don't think that Fortec has CC capability.

like ppv channels, it has the closed caption there but you can't really read it, it's not clear... sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't.., i mean there should be a way to make it better..
