Fortec Lifetime not saving

My Fortec Lifetime keeps losing information. I've been losing the satellite locations, but the channels remain there. Anyone else have this problem?

I think you have the same position number for more than one satellite. Make sure that each satellite has different position number.
Menu>>Antenna Setup>> Select satellite>>Go to positioner setting 1.2 and hit OK. Check the current position for each satellite.If you have signal go down to store and you should be OK
