I found all_cam firmware for the 9800v2 on the net. What does this do for me? Can I use the CA slot for all decoding schemes?

You will need a CAM for your CI slot. A Magic CAM or a UCAS CAM will do.

Can SKY-1 cam be used in Fortec Star FSCI-9800HDD receiver ? do i need to download firmware for it. kindly give me a clue where to download updated firware. i have updated ver 3.0 installed in my receiver and rcognizing the module information but not displaying the decoded channels pls. help and advise
