Pansat 2500A Vs. Fortec Lifetime

Before I buy Pansat 2500A, I tried to find the difference between Pansat 2500A and Fortec Lifetime and Ultra, but I could not find any thing.

After I bought Pansat 2500A, and bought Fortec life time Ultra for my friend I found following difference between them.

Pansat 2500A is capable of UHF remote control. That means You can use one receiver and connect it to all the TVs in your house. Then using this UHF Remote Control (an optional item that costs around $50) you can change channels from any room.

Also, please note that Fortec Lifetime and Fortec Lifetime Utra are different.

The Web page for the companies are as follows:

www.pansatusa.com

and

www.fortecstar.com

Look at the back of the receivers in their manual, and you can see other differences.

So, since there is only $20 difference in price , I recommand Pansat 2500A. If you want to use this receiver for more than one room.
