fotecstar ultra +SM3d12 motor setup please

Hi, 4 days ago I bought a fotecstar ultra+motor+36'' dish. But till now I dont have any luck to get it work. I would appreciate if some one could help me here.t

I read the doc that is posted in this forum. but could get it work. For some reason the motor does not move when I select the satelite.

I tried to contact tech support but they..... They are yet to get bac to me.

And also I live in cincinnati, coordinates I used are
latitude 39.3 N
longitutde 84.3 W

My motor is mounted at 40 deg and also the dish is at 40 deg. I guess these are correct values. I did not use any LNB skew.

could some one correct these values and also please let me know if I have to skew the LNB
