Fox Sports Net TP on AMC 4

I have a Lifetime Ultra with 90cm antenna and Universal LNB, all components are a few weeks old. I've positioned my dish on AMC 4 and have very high signal level and qualities, 80-90%, for the higher TP freq's like 11655 and above. Am having no luck finding any signal with the lower TP Freq's like 3980 and 4020. I've even perfromed a PowerScan on the satellite and none of the lower freq TP's are found. Lyngsat says they're FTA so I assume they are right. What is the trick to tuning to these lower channels.

With a 90cm dish you can only receive Ku band signals (frequencies 11000+ MHz). Lower fequencies (4 digit ones) are C band and they require a big dish.

Also, the 2 transponders you mentioned are not DVB. They require a DCII receiver not a DVB/FTA receiver.
