No display

Have a Lifetime Ultra, couple of months old. Started getting message: "Positioner setting!" that stayed on for a while, then "No signal".
After a day or two, The display only showed thre or four dashes across the bottom of the display. Now I get no display at all and cannot get any signal to the TV. Any help?????

Check if you have a short somewhere on the main coaxial cable. Its no good if the very thin metal wires are visible.

Have you done any flashing recently?

why would there be no display on the display screen? No "On" or anything.
