I don't think that USALS problem is
sg2100 problem. I think it is receiver's software problem. It probably assumed that +/- 60 is enough to see all of the arc
I removed east limit tab on my sg2100 so I can move it as far east as possible (I can go 100 degrees if I want to receive stuf in China through the ground

- just kidding). I was hoping to maybe get Telstar 12, but it is just simply too low for me to receive.
I don't recommend doing this unless you have a motor to spare though and don't mind voiding any kind of warranties.
