ultra loosing satellite locations USALS

Hi there,

My Ultra receiver is loosing the satellite positions and the only way for it to find them again is to move the dish to the reference postion (0 degrees)
and then select the channel and the dish will find the satellite again. Move to three or four more satellites and it will loose the positions again. Will new firmware fix this? I am running 2.40 I think. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
looksw

Try doing a master reset, if that don't work, flash with the latest fortec firmware. These procedures will probably work, and make sure your "store" everything in the interface.

What is a "master reset"? Will I loose all the channels I have programmed? Thanks
