Lifetime Ultra Receive: no sound from PBS EAST on AMC3

I set my ultra up, and I got PBS EAST, PBS YOU and PBS KIDS at TP 12110. But I don't get any sound. Thoughts?

The audio of these channels is AC3, you need to connect the digital out of the altra to a AC3 decoder/receiver which will decode the AC3 stream.

Michael, Guess the regular Digital 5.1 Ch receiver will do the job, right?

Any Dolby AC3 System?

A Koss speaker system with built-in decoder and DVD player can decode the AC3 audio stream, right? This one is not 5.1, but 6.1 and 7.1. This will expand the sound, right?

If it decodes and expands the analog audio, then the answer is no. The key is whether it has a digital input. Ie nothing comes out of the L/R audio plugs on the Fortec when on AC3 channels, everything comes out of the digital port, so if your system has a digital input it should work, but if it only has L/R, then t won't.
I use a soundblaster Extigy myself. This has digital in, and L/R audio out.

Digital AC3 Output

This Koss system has a digital input on the back of its DVD player and its surround speaker control panel. Which one to use?
