No signal on Telstar5

I cannot get my Fortec Star 786NA receiver to find Telstar5. I am using a 90cm Fortec dish and Fortec universal lnbf. The signal strength is at 75% but there is no quality strength. No green! I have been changing elevation and azimuth for the last 2 days but still no luck. I am tuning on an active tp (26). Is this receiver deaf??? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Same Situation

I have been in same situation, got the Signal to sometimes over 90 but no quality.

The thing is you have to move satellite milimeter by milimeter, so little that you will sometimes say i didn't move it.

After 2 says of trying i got it,

Signal is at 85, quality is at 89 sometimes less sometimes more.

You have to keep trying.

Just a very late follow up:

The problem I had was the elevation for the dish ended up being much lower than what was calculated. The installer, who I finally had to end up calling, was also very surprised by the low elevation . The dish is a 90cm Fortec Star. He was able to get Telstar5 in minutes on the Wineguard style dish he brought for testing purpposes. Anyway, Telstar5 comes in great on the Fortec now but if you're installing one and are having problems, try lowering the elevation.
