I never got a response when I posted before, so I'll ask again....
What is the proceedure for returning the Ultra to
Sadoun for a software upgrade? I am still using the original s/w version. Fortec (and this forum) claim that most of the original bugs are now fixed, and many new features are added in the latest versions.
Problem is, the Fortec software always destroys my harddrive (at least that's what the IT guys have found), so I can't use it at work anymore. And, Fortec says they won't upgrade it for a customer, since they can't be responsible. The Sadoun website says to return your receiver to them for upgrades, or risk voiding the warranty.
So, is there a place where the proceedure is published?
