Straight scoop on DiSEqC 1.3?

I am looking into purchasing an FS9800 or 786, and had a question:

If I have a Moteck SG2100 HHmount, will I be able to take advantage of the DiSEqC 1.3 functionality in the receiver? My understanding is that that motor contains both "Goto X" and "Goto 0" functionality.

From reading the http://www.usals.info site, it sounds as though STAB
has patent protection on the USALS system, and implies that any receiver manufaction who provides lat/long/ephemeris calculations with antenna positioning but without their logo is somehow infringing on their intellectual property.

I notice that the FS receivers don't display that logo (in the pictures I've seen). Do you have any thoughts on whether the USALS people will be going after FS for licensing fees?

All FS receiver have/will have the USALS logo on them. License is granted by STAB.

The Moteck SG2100 is "NOT" USALS compliant. SO, it will not take advantage of the DiSEqC 1.3 functionality in the receiver. Only the STAB motors are USALS enabled. USALS was developed by STAB for their motors only.
