i got fortec star fsku-v

i got a fortec star fsku-v one or two days ago and i've try to get it to work on my 311 receiver it keeps saying n.c. what can i do

If you are referring to Dish 311 receiver, this lnbf will not work. You will need a Circular type lnbf. See our LNBF section on our website
