786NA, 786V3, 786V2; RF output for US version, only UHF?

I'm thinking of putting up a dish at work in the lunchroom, we don't need blind search, and therefore the added cost of an Ultra (or do I, convince me...). Would be good for FoxNews, stuff like that.

Looking at the 786 seems like a good unit, not sure what the revision levels mean. Looks like a certain vendor has 786NA unit. Documentation link opens 786V2. Whats the difference between models? anybody know?

I searched thru the messages here for 786, reading what I could. I thought I saw that there is no RF modulator in 786, but docs say there is UHF modulator (channel 21+). TV has S-Video and phono audio inputs.
Will I be ok for hookup with 786NA? Can I get channel 3 output on 786NA or not?

Although I'm not familiar with this model I can tell you that most FTA receivers I've worked with allow channel 3-4 modulation, even though the specs are for UHF. If the receiver is built for the North American market chances are it outputs to VHF channel 3 or 4.

786NA Has RF Modulator (Ch 3 & 4 outputs) in addition to an RCA composite A/V outputs. This model is currently in stock at www.sadoun.com

786V2 or 786v3 (discontinued models) do not have the RF Modulator outputs. Only RCA composite A/V and SCART (for European TVs) outputs.
